Dimensions
Intake size (bottom) is approximately 48"x48". Wall opening is approximately 28"x48".

Strength
The hood is built in the USA with good ole 16 gauge American steel and ships direct from Big Truck Mining here in Southern Illinois. It is built like a tank - You can do pull-ups hanging from the bottom of it. It is MIG welded construction and all seams are fully sealed.

Filtration
Each hood ships with industry leading quality filters. Each filter (4 total) is 24x24x2, moisture resistant, and MERV 8 rated. When it comes time for filter replacement, we can drop ship you another set.

Performance
We tested our intake with a number of different filter options and chose the best cost/performance combination. While we don't detailed performance data on our website, we can share it with you and discuss fan curves, static pressures and what it all means to you.

Colors
Our default coating is a white industrial paint which gives the best solar heat rejection. For better protection we can also do powder coating or bed liner finishes. Custom colors are available on paint and powder coating while a smaller color pallet is available on the bed liner.
